Every single item on rugbylife.co is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to print and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

Can I track my package?

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email around 14 business days  after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames above, please contact our customer support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

Please note:

It may take up to 48 hours for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.

For international orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there might be no further tracking.

I never received my package, what should I do?

It is the buyer’s responsibility to first contact USPS to report the missing shipment. Our support team will also provide you with relevant information to help you retrieve your package. 

If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets, and bags after the day you placed the order, contact one of our customer service team through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, charges, and customs fees are not included in the item price or the shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's or recipient’s responsibility. We can not predict whether you will be charged for customs taxes or how much the taxes will be.

Please check with your country's customs office for more details.

What is a customs invoice? 

Inside your parcel, you will find a customs invoice that indicates a different price from your purchase amount. Customs Invoice is a symbolic price that foreign buyers use to prove ownership and shipments can’t leave the country without one.

Please be informed that all orders shipped to Mexico, Bulgaria, Romania, French Polynesia, and all countries in Africa (South Africa, Cape Verde, …) and countries in South America (Peru, Chile, Argentina, …) usually take 2-4 months to arrive due to the delays from customs and local post offices.
