SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items are Print-On-Demand. This means the orders will be processed and produced as soon as you purchase. So to meet your expectations, please consider some more info on our different shipping methods.

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please refer to the time frame below.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

You can change the order details (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order within the first 24 hours. Email us here.

We typically take about 5-14 business days to arrange orders, depending on the type of product.

The detailed time frame for production correspondence with the products (not including shipping time):

  • Printed apparel (regular/partial printing): 4-5 business days
  • All Over Print apparel (Full Prints/3D Printing): 7-10 business days
  • Homewares and Home decor: 7-10 business days
  • Footwear: 10-12 business days
  • Bags & Handbags: 7-12 business days
  • Phone case, mugs, posters, accessories, and others: 5-10 business days

 

SHIPPING TIME

We ship international orders through DHL Express, FedEx (Express Shipping), DHL eCommerce, USPS, YUN Express, 4PX and China Post (Standard Shipping). You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Insurance is not mandatory, but we offer you to choose Insurance if your delivery man often leaves the package in your mailbox (is more likely to be stolen).

Please be informed:

  • The Shipping Time excludes Production Time.
  • China Post will be applied if your addresses are in remote areas informed by the courier.
  • At present, we are sorry that the shipping cannot deliver to APO/ FPO/DPO. 
  • If your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days to make customization. The shipping time will be applied since the final designs are confirmed.

In case you want to change the shipping method, please kindly contact our Customer Support Team to know how to charge the additional shipping fee.

The national carriers will use local carriers to deliver your package when the package arrives at the destinations. When this happens, please contact them or email us to get accurate information about your packages.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. This can cause shipping to take up to 40-50 days (except the Express Shipping).

Please note that shipping to some special locations or remote areas may be charged higher shipping costs.

Below cases will be considered for re-ship:

  • The customer didn’t provide us with the correct address, and the carrier failed to deliver the parcel.
  • The carrier cannot contact customers for delivery several times.

If customers provide incorrect addresses and need a re-delivery. Re-shipping cost will be $19.99 and can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. 

 

CAN I SHIP THE ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We only offer single-destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

 

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX OR MILITARY APO/ FPO/DPO?

We can deliver orders to PO Box by USPS only (Standard Shipping). Please note that customers need to be aware to pick up at the local Post Office. We are not responsible for losing any package using PO Box.

 At present, we are sorry that we do not have shipping methods to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
